Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of zeeka.digital (the "Site") and any services you book or discuss with Zeeka through it. By using the Site or booking a call with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What Zeeka does
Zeeka builds websites and AI-driven response systems (text-back, AI receptionists, chat assistants) for home service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies. The Site describes these services; it doesn't itself deliver them. Actual project work, pricing, and deliverables are agreed separately with each client, typically after a call.
3. Booking a call
Scheduling is handled through LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), a third-party service. When you book a call, LeadConnector collects the information you provide (like your name, email, and phone number) to schedule and manage that meeting. LeadConnector's own terms and privacy policy apply to that part of the process. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle information.
4. Using the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit anything harmful (malware, spam, and similar).
5. Estimates and calculators
Any calculators or estimates on the Site (for example, the missed-call revenue estimate) are illustrative only, based on general industry research rather than your specific business, and are not a guarantee of results.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, and branding belong to Zeeka unless otherwise noted. Client project work (the websites and systems we build for you) is governed by the separate agreement made with that client, not by this page.
7. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party tools, including LeadConnector / GoHighLevel (scheduling and live chat), Google Fonts (typography), and standard web infrastructure providers. We aren't responsible for the availability or practices of these third parties beyond our control.
8. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeeka isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
