Privacy Policy

1. What this covers
This policy explains what information zeeka.digital (the "Site") collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. It covers the Site itself, not the separate websites or AI systems we build for individual clients, each of which should have its own privacy policy suited to that business.
2. Information collected when you book a call
When you click "Book a Call," scheduling is handled by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), a third-party service. LeadConnector collects what you enter into its booking form, typically your name, email address, and phone number, to schedule and manage the meeting. That information is handled under LeadConnector's own privacy policy, not stored by us separately beyond what's needed to prepare for and follow up on the call. The Site also uses LeadConnector's live chat widget, which collects the information you choose to send through it.
3. Information you send directly
If you email or call us directly, we'll have whatever information you choose to share that way (like your name, contact details, and the content of your message). We use it only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the project.
4. What we don't collect
The Site does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, or first-party cookies to track visitors. The lead-loss estimate calculator on the Services page runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into it are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
5. Third-party services
The Site loads resources from a small number of third parties in order to function: LeadConnector / GoHighLevel (booking and live chat), Google Fonts (typography), and standard hosting/CDN infrastructure. These providers may process technical data (like IP address) as part of normal web delivery, under their own privacy policies.
6. How information is used
We use the information described above only to respond to inquiries, schedule and hold calls, and deliver work to clients. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers named above, as needed to run the Site.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, for example, for the duration of a client relationship, plus a reasonable period after for recordkeeping.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by emailing info@zeeka.digital. For information held by LeadConnector directly, you may also need to contact LeadConnector or manage it through your booking confirmation.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.
